1 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering an account on, or using any part of the rk365 platform — including the sportsbook, casino, bingo, promotions and all related features — you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to these Terms and Conditions in full. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use the platform.

These terms form a legally binding agreement between you and rk365. They apply in addition to any specific rules or terms that govern individual products, promotions or bonus offers, which are published separately where relevant.

2 Eligibility & Registration

To register and use rk365, you must meet all of the following criteria:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. rk365 does not permit minors to register or participate in any gaming or betting activity.
• You must provide accurate, complete and truthful information during the registration process, including your real name, date of birth, mobile number and any other details requested.
• You must not register on behalf of another person, business, or third party.
• Each person is entitled to hold only one account on rk365. Duplicate accounts may be closed and balances forfeited.
• You must be the sole account holder and the sole user of the account. Sharing account credentials with others is prohibited.

rk365 reserves the right to request identity verification at any time, including at the point of registration, before processing a withdrawal, or during a routine compliance check. Documents commonly requested include a valid CNIC or passport. Failure to provide requested documentation may result in account suspension or the withholding of funds pending verification.

3 Account Management

You are solely responsible for maintaining the security of your rk365 account login credentials. This includes your username, password and any two-factor authentication method you have enabled. rk365 will never ask you to share your password via any channel.

• You must notify rk365 immediately if you believe your account has been accessed by an unauthorised person.
• All activity carried out while logged into your account is your responsibility, whether or not you authorised that specific action.
• rk365 reserves the right to suspend or close any account found to be in breach of these terms, used fraudulently, or involved in any prohibited activity.
• You may close your account at any time by contacting rk365 support. Any available balance at the time of closure will be processed for withdrawal to your registered payment method, subject to standard verification requirements.

Account balances do not carry interest. rk365 is not a financial institution and your account balance should not be viewed as a savings or deposit instrument. Only funds intended for gaming activity should be added to your rk365 balance.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on rk365 are conducted in PKR (Pakistani Rupee). The platform supports the following deposit and withdrawal methods:

• JazzCash — instant mobile wallet transfer
• Easypaisa — instant mobile wallet transfer
• Raast — Pakistan's interbank instant payment system
• Bank Transfer — standard PKR bank account transfer
• Debit/Credit Cards — PKR card transactions where supported

Minimum deposit and withdrawal amounts are displayed within your account dashboard. Deposits are typically credited to your account balance within seconds for mobile wallet methods. Bank transfers may take longer depending on the receiving institution.

Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit unless you have updated your preferred withdrawal method in account settings. rk365 processes withdrawal requests during standard business hours. Processing times vary by method — JazzCash and Easypaisa withdrawals are typically completed within a few hours for fully verified accounts.

5 Sports Betting Rules

The rk365 sportsbook covers cricket, PSL, T20 internationals, football, esports and more. The following rules apply to all sports betting activity on the platform:

• Bets are final once confirmed on the bet slip. They cannot be cancelled or amended after confirmation.
• Odds are set by rk365 and may change at any time before a bet is confirmed. The odds shown at the point of confirmation are the odds applied to your bet.
• In-play (live) bets are accepted subject to the availability of the market at the time of placement. rk365 reserves the right to suspend in-play markets at any time.
• Bets placed on abandoned or postponed events will be settled according to the market rules published for that specific sport and market type. Match winner bets on events where no result is achieved are typically voided and stakes returned.
• For cricket, if a match is affected by rain or weather and a DLS (Duckworth–Lewis–Stern) result is declared, bets are settled on the official DLS result.
• rk365 reserves the right to void bets placed at clearly erroneous odds. This applies to both pre-match and in-play markets.
• Minimum stake per bet is PKR 100. Maximum stake limits vary by market and event and are shown on the bet slip.
• All betting settlement decisions made by rk365 are final and not subject to appeal unless a clear factual error can be demonstrated.

6 Casino & Bingo

The rk365 casino section includes live dealer games (baccarat, blackjack, roulette) and video slots. Bingo rooms run on scheduled draws. The following terms apply across all casino and bingo activity:

• Casino and bingo games use random number generation (RNG) or live dealer formats. Results are determined in real time and cannot be influenced by the player or the platform.
• Casino game outcomes are final once a hand, spin or draw is completed. Disputes regarding game outcomes cannot be raised after the result is confirmed.
• Minimum and maximum bet sizes within casino games are displayed within each game's interface before play begins.
• Technical failures — including internet disconnections during a game round — are handled according to the game provider's rules. Incomplete rounds may be resolved when connectivity is restored.
• Bingo room entry fees and jackpot structures are displayed in the lobby for each room before purchase. Ticket purchases are non-refundable once made.

7 Bonuses & Promotions

rk365 offers a range of bonus and promotional offers to both new and existing players. All active offers are listed on the Promotions page with their individual terms. The following general rules apply to all bonuses:

• Bonuses are credited to your account subject to eligibility criteria. Not all players may qualify for every offer — eligibility requirements are stated in each promotion's specific terms.
• Welcome bonuses are available to new registrations only. Each player is entitled to the welcome bonus once. Duplicate accounts created to claim multiple welcome bonuses will be closed.
• Most bonuses carry a wagering requirement — the number of times the bonus amount (or bonus plus deposit) must be played through before it can be withdrawn. The wagering requirement multiplier and qualifying games are stated in each promotion's terms.
• Minimum odds requirements may apply to sports betting bonuses. Bets placed at odds below the stated minimum do not contribute to wagering requirements.
• Bonus funds have an expiry period. Unmet wagering requirements and unused bonus funds are forfeited after expiry.
• rk365 reserves the right to withdraw, modify or cancel any promotion at any time. Where a promotion is withdrawn before its stated end date, players who have already opted in will be notified.
• Any attempt to abuse, exploit or manipulate bonus terms — including through the use of multiple accounts, automated play or coordinated wagering — will result in bonus forfeiture and may lead to permanent account suspension.

8 Responsible Gaming

rk365 is committed to providing a gaming environment that supports responsible play. The platform offers the following tools to help players manage their activity:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly or monthly deposit caps from your account settings. Once set, limits cannot be increased for a cooling-off period.
• Session Time Reminders: Set alerts to notify you when you've been playing for a set duration.
• Time-Out: Take a break from the platform for a set period. During a time-out, you cannot log in or place bets.
• Self-Exclusion: Request a longer-term exclusion from rk365. Once a self-exclusion is activated, it cannot be reversed until the exclusion period has fully elapsed.

9 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on rk365 and will result in account suspension, balance forfeiture and may be reported to relevant authorities:

• Registering more than one account
• Providing false or misleading information during registration or verification
• Using the platform for money laundering or any other financial crime
• Attempting to exploit software bugs, glitches or errors to gain an unfair advantage
• Using automated betting systems, bots, scripts or any non-human means to place bets or interact with the platform
• Colluding with other players or third parties to manipulate game outcomes or exploit bonus terms
• Using payment methods that do not belong to you or attempting to process transactions in a fraudulent manner
• Allowing a minor to access or use your account

rk365 conducts regular fraud and security reviews. Activity identified as in breach of these prohibitions will be investigated and appropriate action taken, including the permanent closure of affected accounts and the withholding of associated balances.

10 Intellectual Property

All content on the rk365 platform — including but not limited to the brand name, logo, website design, game interfaces, text, graphics, software and promotional materials — is the property of rk365 and is protected by applicable intellectual property law.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, publish or use any rk365 content for commercial purposes without prior written consent from rk365. Personal, non-commercial use of the platform content for your own reference is permitted provided the original source is acknowledged.

11 Limitation of Liability

rk365 provides the platform on an "as available" basis and makes no guarantees regarding uninterrupted access, particularly during periods of high traffic, scheduled maintenance or technical failures beyond our control.

• rk365 is not liable for losses arising from interruptions to platform availability, technical errors, or connectivity issues on the user's end.
• rk365 is not liable for losses arising from the user's own gaming decisions, including the outcome of sports bets or casino games.
• rk365 does not guarantee winnings. Gaming and sports betting involve risk and results are never certain.
• rk365's maximum liability in connection with any claim from a user shall not exceed the balance held in that user's rk365 account at the time of the relevant incident.

12 Changes to These Terms

rk365 may update or revise these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. For significant changes that affect your rights or obligations, we will also notify registered users via the contact details held on their account.

Your continued use of rk365 after any update to these terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. If you do not agree with any updated term, you should stop using the platform and may request account closure.
